Property Owners Association Dues are $65/month. This includes Hot Springs City Water and Sewer charges, Garland County garbage collection, Insurance (including Flood Insurance) and Property Taxes on all Common Areas,Yard Maintenance and Landscaping and access to Clearwater Resort.
Through ClearWater Resort, Property Owners also have access to:
