HomeCraft Builders has been serving the state of Arkansas since the early sixties.  With over 500 homes built, including several subdivisions in Garland County such as Crestmont, Hill & Dale, and Acres Road.  You can trust HomeCraft to be with you throughout the life of your home.  In fact, there are still families living in the houses they built over forty years ago. It all began in the late fifties when a history teacher in the Jesseville school system named Wayne Foshee began drawing house plans and surveying land in his spare time.  Then in 1963 HomeCraft Builders built their first house.  Before Wayne knew it he had developed the Crestmont Subdivision. 

House by house, HomeCraft built community after community.  In 1971 Mr. Foshee was asked to serve as President of the State Home Builders Association.  Now, thirty six years later, Son Mike Foshee, and the HomeCraft Builders are still developing subdivisions with the utmost concern for its members.  Their latest projects Clearwater Oaks and West Gate offers the peace and serenity you deserve.  Lakefront lots feature 100+ feet of Lake Hamilton frontage and offer gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.  Interior lots are also available with deeded lake access.  All lots feature underground electric and city utilities, as well as cable TV and internet.
