The Oaks is a restricted waterfront subdivision with both on and off lake lots. All lots have deeded lake access and deeded common ground for storage of Boats and R.V.'s. All Owners in the Oaks have access to Clearwater Resort and all its amenities, including the lake access areas with boat slips, ramps and playground.
